HR Specialist – Technical Hiring

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead our efforts in recruiting and hiring technical team members for The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, particularly in the areas of WordPress, PHP, and web development, and will be able to attract top talent for our company. This position will be responsible for working closely with our technical team to understand their needs and requirements, developing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. This position will specifically focus on hiring technical team members who can develop products for


  • Collaborate with technical team members to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media channels
  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sources
  • Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical team members and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate candidate feedback and decision-making processes
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with IT and other departments as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in WordPress, PHP, and web development
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical team members and other stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
