Responsibilities:
- Assist our development team in building websites, plugins, and themes using WordPress and other web development tools
- Work with our design team to ensure that our products align with our brand voice and messaging
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web development
- Optimize products for performance, user experience, and SEO
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs related to website and product development
- Learn about version control systems, such as Git
- Contribute to open source projects and the WordPress community
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college program in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
