Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist with proven experience in Talent Acquisition in handling technical roles, and a strong understanding of daily HR operations, employee engagement, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of daily operations, ability to drive talent acquisition strategies, and a keen focus on employee satisfaction and compliance. This role is pivotal in streamlining HR processes, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring efficient payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Enhance the company’s employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Understand job requirements and prepare accurate and detailed job descriptions to attract the right candidates.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, fostering a motivated and inclusive workplace.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately within HR systems.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Assist in payroll processing, including salary calculations, attendance tracking, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Facilitate payroll disbursement and statutory reporting.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals and competency assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition, Operations and Employee Engagement experience, with a strong focus on the IT sector.
  • Understanding of technical roles, operations, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
