Job Summary:
Elicus is seeking a highly creative and motivated Video Specialist to bring our products to life with compelling video content. As the Video Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of designers and developers to create engaging video content that showcases our WordPress plugins, themes, and websites. You’ll be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a video content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and values
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define video requirements and create content that meets business objectives
- Create and edit high-quality video content, including product demos, promotional videos, tutorials, and customer testimonials
- Optimize videos for social media platforms and other distribution channels
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute video-based campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Stay up-to-date on video trends and best practices, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content
- Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to produce high-quality video content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in video production, film, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in video production, with a focus on digital marketing and social media content
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video storytelling and visual communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with WordPress and the WordPress community is a plus
- Passion for video content creation and a desire to push boundaries and drive excellence
