Job Summary:
Elicus is currently seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the frontend development process, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate design concepts into functional frontend solutions that meet project requirements and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate design concepts into functional front-end solutions that meet project requirements and user needs.
- Drive the frontend design process, from concept development and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation, ensuring that designs are modern design, visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to streamline the front-end development process and maintain consistency across projects.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the front-end engineering team.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality front-end solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful delivery of frontend projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5-9 years working as a Senior Frontend Engineer, with a focus on both frontend design and development.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including WordPress, Photoshop, JQuery, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience in managing a team is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality frontend solutions that prioritize user experience and usability.
- Good experience in UI/UX
- Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA
